The rundown Victorian matches Garth's depression and buffers the initial fears of unseen forces. He has no clue that the beautiful woman satisfying his needs in the real to life dreams is the original owner of the Victorian. 
Garth's daughter, a thirteen-year old going on twenty-something throws a Halloween party, and all things creepy take place when members of the Pacific Northwest Order of Ghosts mix with humans who carry their own brand of problems.
