As is usual, Ruth’s reckless, unrepentant and impetuous behaviour, takes her and Maya into many perilous situations, where she is called upon to use her uncanny skill with any type of weapon and her almost demonic hostility toward her antagonists, to keep her and her young companion safe throughout their Journey.
As they search for their quarry through the desert lands of California and Arizona, the beautiful woman and her pretty companion attract the wrong kind of attention every step of the way. Their plight is not helped by Ruth’s blatant and reckless disregard for the mortal danger she constantly exposes her and Maya to. It is only Ruth’s absolute confidence in her ability to overcome any kind of adversary no matter how tough that enables them to continue the search.
