Greetings to all the old friends! Season 8 of Southern Charm will feature a new cast member as well as a return of a previous cast member.

A decade after its initial airing, Charleston, South Carolina, and its eccentric citizens have remained the show’s primary draws for viewers.

Only Kathryn Dennis, Shep Rose, and Craig Conover remain from season 7 when Cameran Eubanks stepped away from the show. After pleading guilty to assault charges in 2018, Thomas Ravenel also left the show.

After losing several big names, Southern Charm has maintained its high level of drama thanks to the inclusion of Austen Kroll and his ex-girlfriend Madison LeCroy. Fans also met John Pringle and Cameran’s best friend Leva Bonaparte in the previous season.

The performers, on the other hand, have hinted that there would be a greater change in season 8.

In late 2020, Kristin Cavallari’s bond with Craig and Austen made news, and Us Weekly’s lawyer exclusively revealed that the reality star could show up on the show.

In April 2021, Craig commented, “It’s not ruled out at all.” I’ll go if [she and her BFF Justin Anderson] are there. As far as I know, several of our pals from the last six months will show up, which will be a lot of fun.

There are no preparations for a cameo appearance by the former Laguna Beach star, Us reports.

That month, Cavallari told Us exclusively: “I can confidently say I’m never going to do Southern Charm.” “Craig is one of my favorite people. Honestly, I’m stumped. The reason he was saying that was beyond me.”

However, Craig’s girlfriend, Paige DeSorbo, and a few of their Winter House co-stars may join him for a few episodes in Charleston.

This might be the future Marvel universe, with everyone becoming pals, as Craig hinted to Us back in October 2021. In the next few months, “I think everyone who likes to watch it has some pretty interesting things to look forward to.”
